What does a drive wheel do?
The drive wheel transfers power from the machine to the rubber track. On friction drive systems it grips the inside of the track; on positive drive systems it engages the track’s drive lugs. A worn drive wheel can let the track slip or wear unevenly, so check it whenever you inspect your tracks.
