    Sumitomo was founded in Japan. In 1915, the founder opened a bookshop, which became particularly well-known for melting down copper.

    Terex was originally founded in 1933 under the name Euclid Company. The company was only given the name Terex in 1970, which means ‘earth’ and ‘king’. Terex is part of General Motors.

    Versatile

    Versatile is a Canadian brand of agricultural equipment that has produced augers, swathers, and combine harvesters. In the 1970s, it was an independent operation.

    Volvo

    Volvo was founded in Sweden around 1832 initially producing agricultural machinery. In 1950, Volvo bought the machine manufacturer Bolinder-Munktell (BM) and shortly thereafter produces its first wheel loader H10.

    Yanmar

    Yanmar was founded in Osaka, Japan, in 1912. Yanmar launched the world’s first small diesel engine and indeed small engines are still a primary product for Yanmar till this day.
