Parts that run together wear together

Fit two new bottom rollers among worn ones and those two wear out early. Replacing the whole set, or at least one side of the machine, and keeping the better ones you take off as spares gets more out of them. Rock and clay left in the frame overnight grinds at the rollers and is often what takes the final drive seals out, so it pays to clean it out at the end of the day.
