24 month MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
We provide a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 24 months* for manufacturing faults on TuffTrac and TuffPart products.
Money back 30 day guarantee
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your TKV supplied TuffTrac or TuffPart product, simply return it to one of our warehouses across Australia within 30 days of Invoice date for a full refund.
Accidental breakage cover
We promise that if your TKV supplied TuffTrac or TuffPart excavator or track loader product becomes unusable for any reason, even due to accidental damage, within the timeframes shown below, simply email us some pictures and we will supply a replacement product at a discounted rate based on the pro-rata percentage of time elapsed since date of invoice.
• Excavator tracks and undercarriage – 12 months.
• Track loader tracks and undercarriage – 9 months.

Accidental breakage cover applies within the Manufacturer’s Warranty period. The Manufacturer’s warranty only covers manufacturing faults. We cover more instances where your product becomes unusable (excludes cuts & scratches).
